Bad Dragon Enterprises Inc is a small company specializing in the manufacture and sale of custom-made adult fantasy toys and other adult products. We pride ourselves on exceptional customer service, expedited order turnaround times and deep involvement with the community we most appeal to.
Where is Bad Dragon located?
The Bad Dragon manufacturing workshop and main offices are located in Phoenix Arizona, United States. In addition to our local R&D facility we have our much larger research and development workshop in Scotland. Bad Dragon staff also works in Canada and other various parts of Europe.
Which Payment Methods does Bad Dragon Accept?
We accept ONLY the following:

We DO NOT accept cash, money orders or personal checks. Please do not mail us any form of payment unless prior authorization made by a member of Bad Dragon management.
What will the Bank/Credit statement show when I purchase from you?
If you pay using Paypal, the statement will read: Paypal *baddra

Where does Bad Dragon ship to?
Bad Dragon ships to anywhere in the world where domestic postal systems reach, except for military and APO/FPO addresses. Sorry, folks.
Can I ship to a PO box?
Yes we do, just be sure to include that in your shipping information, and if it doesn’t fit in the boxes provided, please leave a note in the “comments” section.
A note: Only USPS tends to be able to ship to PO Boxes, if you ship UPS, it will come to your door regardless, and shipping to a PO box will result in additional charges.
I can’t find the comment box! How can I contact you?
If for some reason the comments box doesn’t appear by the time you’re done placing your order, then feel free to contact us by following the link at the top of the main page (www.bad-dragon.com) that says “Contact us”. Feel free to tell us anything about your order that you would like us to know, such as a custom color, a mix-up in firmness, or any changes that you might request. Please do so within 24 hours of placing your order to avoid potential restocking or cancellation fees.
Can I cancel or change my order? How do I do this?
If something comes up and you need to change your order, you can do so freely within 24 hours, but to avoid confusion, we require a 20% restocking fee for orders changed more than 24 hours afer purchase. this helps to keep material costs down, since sometimes we've already begun work on your toy! Cancellations, however, are at our own discretion. All orders cancelled will have a 20% restocking fee applied to them unless deemed appropriate. (Such as you were charged twice for the same order.)
How long does an order take to make/ship?
Every order is unique and we hand-make every single one of our toys. Adoptions generally are shipped right away as are sample sets- they are already in stock. In the best conditions we can have your product made and shipped within 3-5 days, but in some cases due to special requests, back logs or unforeseen issues your toy may take as much as two weeks to be manufactured. There are no guarantees when it comes to manufacture/shipping times but we promise to do all we can to make sure your order is made quickly and accurately while maintaining the best quality standards.
Can I Track my order?
Yes, when you place your order you will receive an email with your tracking information. If for whatever reason you do not, please contact us.
What does the package say when it arrives?
The box will be a brown, generic box with a standard shipping label attatched. Generally it will show that it sent from “Jan Moulders” not Bad Dragon to help maintain your privacy.
What materials does Bad Dragon use?
All of our toys are made out of high quality, platinum-cure silicone, and is certified by our manufacturer for use in contact with the human body. A MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) for our material is available here: http://www.bad-dragon.com/msds.pdf
What color toys can I get?
When placing your order, you will see available color options and can utilize a custom color option tool. For additional examples, our customers have put together a thread on our forums with some of the products we have produced. See below:

What Features can I get?
Here is the list of all the features and what they do:
Split Color – The Shaft is one color, and the base is another color.
Custom Fades – Means your toy will have a darker base, and a lighter tip. In some cases, where your toy also has a “split color” option, it will include a separate color for the base.
Split Firmness – Means your toy has a firmer base than the shaft.
Cored – Means your toy has a firm, solid core, and a soft, squishy outside layer for the dual pleasures of a firm, solid toy, as well as a softer feel. Currently, only the Anthro dragon can support this, and in the future, the only way to get this option is to chose a single color. No fades or splits.
Cumtube – your toy comes with a syringe and a tube running through the core of the toy so cumlube can be squirted from the tip simulating ejaculation.
Suction cup – Means the base of your toy is concave to mount it on a wall or chair for rougher sessions.
How soft/hard is this material?
We have various firmnesses, from a super squishy soft, to a very firm, hard toy. We grade our toys on a scale of 1-10, 1 being the softest, and 10 being the hardest. The three main firmnesses we use are 3 (soft), 5 (medium), and 8 (firm). We also are capable of doing splits, and in some cases, cores. Splits imply the toy itself and its base are different firmnesses, allowing you to get a more realistic feeling. The core implies the inside of the toy is firm, ensuring the stability of the toy, but the outside is soft, making the textures even more pronounced and realistic.

Of course we are! Just be sure to post your toy idea, including a description and pictures. When you submit an idea to Bad Dragon you are authorizing us to utilize the design, assume its copyright indefinitely and negate and possible expectation of profiting from your idea. What are the Rules of the Forum?
There are no strict rules other than simple laws, and our forum is mostly self-moderated, but here are some general etiquette points to live by if you want to make your stay on the forums a good one.
Okay, what you do is when you get a toy, you can post in the “shared experiences” forum. Feel free to post your own thread, post a written review, pictures, or videos. All are viable forms of a review! And if you do that, you get a 5$ discount on your next order. Contact us for more details.
Okay, I’ve reviewed my toy, how do I cash in my discount?
Once you’ve made your review, just let us know and we’ll give you your discount card and we’ll instruct you on a one-time basis on how to use it.
What is the warranty policy on my new toy?
All phallic Bad Dragon toys are guaranteed for 5 years and are expected to last a lifetime. Exceptions include adoptions, the dragoness and other toys intended to be penetrated and/ or special circumstances with your order. We will advise you in advance if your order is not covered by the standard warranty. Our material is so resilient that it’s almost impervious to heat, cold, and daily use. If, for some reason, your toy does develop an issue, please contact us so we may assess the situation and exercise our warranty policy accordingly. All warranty claims are subject to review by a member of Bad Dragon management and are handled on a case by case basis. If you have questions regarding possible things that will void your warranty please contact us.
What are Adoptions?
Adoptions are toys that we made, but upon inspection, found they were not up to standard for sale as a normal toy. These toys are discounted and can be shipped immediately. The most common “faults” in making a toy are bad fades, bubbles and failed cores. These ‘faults’ are all minor, but occasionally happen. We wouldn’t sell a toy so faulty it was unusable. As stated above, adoptions do not have any warranty.
